Over two decades of experience have progressively provided a wealth of experience in the field of wellbeing – observing the relationship between mindset and emotions through a broad range of physical symptoms.Kelly has come to understand the BodyMind emotional mapping well. Her coaching style also draws from her own personal growth journey and sound ‘inner-standing‘ of what it takes to successfully cultivate wellbeing through a renewed perspective and intention.

What To Expect From This Coaching Process?

Each session takes you through a process of personal discovery, deepening understanding, and clarity surrounding the direction you choose to take. You’ll be supported through taking the progressive steps that you feel able to take to create meaningful change.
It’s a discursive process that will draw insight from your past, as a means to better understanding your habits patterns and behaviours. The direction and pace for progressive changes will be determined by your unique needs and preferences. It really depends upon where you are in your life, your current understanding and level of readiness for change – relative to where you’d like to be. You’ll be guided at a comfortable rate, this might mean starting with smaller (but no less significant) steps.
Typically, an average of 6 sessions allows for a more thorough exploration of where your at with the challenges your facing, where you’d like to get to, and time to integrate the necessary changes. However, each persons needs, skillset and available resources will vary.
Over a series of coaching sessions, you can expect to be supported through:
